Our Self-Help Drop-In Services provide a vital resource for immediate support. Ideal for those needing help outside traditional therapy hours or before a situation escalates, our services are also perfect for individuals who simply want someone to talk to. We’re here to assist you when you need it most.

Hours of Operation

  • Monday – Friday: 1 PM – 9 PM
  • Saturday – Sunday: 11 AM – 7 PM

What We Offer

  • One-on-One Support: Receive assistance from trained peers to improve crisis coping skills and manage immediate concerns.
  • Crisis Prevention: Reach out before situations escalate into emergencies.
  • No Referral Necessary: Access our services without needing a referral.
  • Free of Charge: All services are provided at no cost to you.
  • Confidential Help: Speak with trained peers in a supportive, confidential setting, available when traditional therapy offices are closed.
