Upcoming Group Art Exhibition: “Roots, Soil & Tree Trunks”
Mental Health Association
The Mental Health Association of Rochester invites you to the opening of “Roots, Soil & Tree Trunks,” a group exhibition on April 4 from 4:00 to 5:30 PM at The Woods Center for Wellbeing.
The exhibition explores themes of growth, strength, and connection through the powerful symbols of roots and tree trunks. Roots represent nourishment, support networks, and staying grounded through adversity, while tree trunks symbolize core values, stability, and strength through change. Together, they reflect our journeys of wellness, healing, and self-discovery.
This free event is open to the public and no RSVP is required. Join us for this inspiring celebration of art and personal growth.
