Join us for Stand Up for Mental Health, a dinner and live comedy event that’s part of A Weekend for Wellbeing, benefiting the Mental Health Association of Rochester. Enjoy an evening of laughter, food, and community while supporting mental health initiatives.

Location: Eagle Vale Golf Club (4344 Fairport Nine Mile Point Rd, Fairport, NY 14450)
Time: Doors open at 5:30 PM. Event from 6:15 PM – 11 PM
Tickets: $75 (Includes hors d’oeuvres, dinner, dessert, comedy show, and live music)
Event Highlights:
- Comedy show featuring Meghan Rose, Dario Joseph, and headliner Jessimae Peluso.
- Live music by The Transport to close out the evening with music and dancing.
- Special celebrity appearances from the Homecourt Heroes basketball game.
- Presentation of three prestigious awards:
- The Rise Above Award: Recognizing an individual for their exceptional dedication to supporting and empowering youth in the community, particularly in mental health.
- The Lifeline Leadership Award: Honoring an individual for their leadership in improving mental health access and support, including advocacy and legislative efforts.
- The Ally in Action Award: Awarded to a business or organization for their active support of mental health initiatives through tangible actions such as sponsorship, fundraising, and advocacy.

A Weekend for Wellbeing: A Collaboration for Mental Health
The Mental Health Association of Rochester and Premier Talent Relations are excited to collaborate on A Weekend for Wellbeing, a transformative two-day event that blends MHA’s dedication to providing mental health services with Premier Talent Relations’ passion for creating unforgettable experiences. Led by Joe Lynch, whose personal connection to mental health drives this mission, this partnership aims to raise both awareness and vital funding for mental health resources.
Join us for a weekend of comedy, a youth basketball clinic, and a celebrity basketball game, all designed to celebrate mental health, community, and connection. Together, we’ll raise awareness and funds to support the essential services provided by the Mental Health Association of Rochester.
Meet Our Performers
Dario Joseph
Dario Joseph started comedy in 2011 and moved to NYC in 2015, performing across all five boroughs before returning to Rochester in 2019. He’s opened for national acts like Brian Posehn and Iliza Shlesinger, and his debut album, Rough & Final Draft, peaked at #1 on iTunes Comedy Albums in 2024.
Meghan Rose
Rochester’s own Meghan Rose is a rising star in the comedy scene. Known for her sharp wit and unique perspective, Meghan has quickly made a name for herself in just 2.5 years, captivating audiences with her infectious humor and relatable insights.
Jessimae Peluso
Jessimae Peluso is a stand-up comedian, TV personality, and podcast host known for her bold humor and captivating presence. Best known for her role on MTV’s Girl Code and as the host of Netflix’s Tattoo Redo, Jessimae’s high-energy performances have made her a must-see act. She’s toured with the USO, bringing laughter to troops around the world, and is a passionate advocate for Alzheimer’s awareness. With multiple TV appearances, including The Joe Rogan Experience, Comedy Central’s @Midnight, and David Spade’s “Lights Out,” Jessimae is a true comedy powerhouse who leaves audiences laughing long after the show ends.
