Join us this December for our MHA Speaker Series with Kristina Zurich, Director of Community Engagement and The Woods Center for Well-Being at the Mental Health Association of Rochester.
The holiday season can bring a mix of emotions and sometimes create challenging or stressful moments. This session offers a supportive space to explore ways to navigate this time of year using effective communication, healthy boundaries, and meaningful self-care practices.
About Kristina Zurich:
Kristina Zurich brings more than a decade of experience in mental health and suicide prevention, blending her lived experience as a suicide attempt survivor in recovery with best practices and current insights from the behavioral health field. She is the Director of the Woods Center for Wellbeing at the Mental Health Association of Rochester and serves as Lived Experience Faculty with SafeSide Prevention. Kristina also contributes her expertise to multiple grant-funded initiatives aimed at improving community mental health and support systems.
