About Carl Binger:
Carl Binger is a Licensed Mental Health Counselor with over 10 years of experience helping individuals and couples, particularly those struggling with depression. Having personally navigated his own journey with depression, Carl is passionate about supporting others through their mental health challenges. He is the author of a book and workbook, runs a private Facebook group focused on mental wellness, and operates his own private practice.
