Join us on Saturday, October 7, 2023, on the Genesee River Downtown Trail/Walkway in the fight to end the stigma attached to mental health by dressing as your favorite superhero and running (or walking) for a great cause! You can join us in person or virtually if you are not local/prefer not to be around large crowds. This is a family-friendly, all-ages event. Participants are encouraged to dress up as their favorite superheroes; prizes will be rewarded to the best individual costume as well as the best group costume.

All proceeds will go to supporting programs and services at the Mental Health Association of Rochester/Monroe County, Inc (MHA Rochester). MHA Rochester promotes mental wellness through a spectrum of culturally competent programs and services. In addition, we foster an environment to build skills and support people facing mental health challenges, empowering them to make informed decisions on their self-directed path to wellness.

Post-Race Event: Join us on the walkway and tour our superhero headquarters. There will be live music and local vendors. Brunch will be available at Mythology Restaurant.
