The Mental Health Association of Rochester is excited to welcome the community to the opening of its Annual Art Show this Friday, March 7, from 4:00 – 5:30 PM at 274 N. Goodman St., Suite D103, Rochester, NY 14607.

This year’s exhibition features artwork created in our creative spaces at the Woods Center for Wellbeing, showcasing the power of artistic expression in mental health and personal growth. The theme, “Tree of Life,” highlights both the uniqueness of each individual journey and the deep connections that bring us together.

The exhibit will remain on display through December 2025, but opening night offers a special opportunity to be among the first to experience the powerful and inspiring collection.

This free event is open to all, and no RSVP is required. We invite community members to join us for an evening of art, creativity, and connection as we celebrate self-expression and the healing power of artistic exploration.
